Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment moves the funding from General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds to Federal Block Grant Fund. There are funds available in the child care development block grant to use for this purpose.

Additionally, the amendment adjusts in which program positions are being established. The two programs in the bill, the Help Maine Grow System and the First 4 ME Early Care and Education Program, had incorrect positions assigned to them in the committee amendment.
