This bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$922,915 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $3,854,084 in fiscal year 2022-23 to
establish the Help Maine Grow System and the First 4 ME Early Care and
Education Program. Other Special Revenue Funds allocations are also included
in this bill for the federal match. |
