This amendment
removes the sections of the bill transferring the financial screening
function for eligibility for indigent legal services from the Maine
Commission on Indigent Legal Services to the judicial branch, removing net
General Fund appropriations of $336,685 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $317,559
in fiscal year 2022-23. |
