Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes one-time Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP State Fiscal Recovery allocations of $21,470,430 in fiscal year 2021-22. This total includes allocations of $14,720,430 to the Department of Corrections and allocations of $6,750,000 to the Department of Health and Human Services for hazard pay for certain staff in Correctional Facilities, the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center and the Riverview Psychiatric Center. The estimated amount of allocations needed assumes hazard pay will be retroactive to January 1, 2021 and paid through the end of fiscal year 2022. The availability of the Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP State Fiscal Recovery funding for this purpose will depend on other amounts allocated from this Fund by the Legislature.
