Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,695,244 in fiscal year 2022-23 for the Department of Health and Human Services to amend its rules Chapter 101, MaineCare Benefits Manual, Section 21 to reimburse providers that are providing agency home support services to individuals who have behavior management plans using the reimbursement rate for agency home support medical add-on. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP match and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations for the Service Provider Tax.
