Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This resolve directs that $150,000,000 from funds provided to the State by the Federal Government pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Public Law 117-2 be allocated to the Municipal Gigabit Broadband Network Access Fund within the ConnectMaine Authority.  The resolve also directs the ConnectMaine Authority to use the funding to provide grants and other activities designed to expand broadband infrastructure and broadband access.
