This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $1,000,000 per year beginning
in fiscal year 2021-22 to a newly created Drug Use Avoidance Education
Reimbursement Fund within the Department of Education to reimburse school
districts for the cost of providing programs that educate students to avoid
using drugs. |
