Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $100,458 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $100,242 in fiscal year 2022-23 to repeal the requirements for a certificate of need issued by the Department of Health and Human Services for the purchase of major medical equipment. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
