Provides one-time
allocations of $6,625 in each of fiscal years 2021-22 and 2022-23 of funds
from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund established in the federal American
Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Public Law 117-2, for the costs to the Legislature
of the COVID-19 Review Commission. Any additional costs to the Department of
Health and Human Services to provide staff assistance to the COVID-19 Review
Commission are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources |
