|
This fiscal
estimate assumes three session-only Administrative Secretary positions will
be required to respond to requests for records, working papers, drafts and
interoffice and intraoffice memoranda during the legislative session. Current legislative staff will assume these
responsibilities during the interim when the Legislature is not in
session. The fiscal estimate further
assumes the requestor will pay for any costs incurred to produce the records
in accordance with Title 1 §408-A of the Maine Revised Statutes.
