|
This bill
requires that after July 1, 2025, General Fund revenue in excess of
$5,476,268 from user fees from state parks, historic sites, the Allagash
Wilderness Waterway and other payments for certain services to be credited to
a nonlapsing Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Parks-General
Operations program within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and
Forestry to be used for capital improvements at state parks and historic
sites. Revenue over the limit
transferred to the Other Special Revenue Funds account will decrease future
biennium General Fund revenues and increase future biennium Other Special
Revenue Funds by corresponding amounts. |
