This bill allows
nonprofit organizations to conduct internet raffles provided certain
conditions are met. The Gambling
Control Board within the Department of Public Safety estimates that allowing
nonprofit organizations to conduct internet raffles will result in additional
Other Special Revenue Funds license application and registration fee revenue
of $66,300 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $96,600 in fiscal year 2022-23. |
