baseline budget for 2022-2023 includes funds for the Legislative Council to
meet throughout the year. Whether or
not there are sufficient funds for the Legislative Council to meet to approve
certain actions to be taken by the Governor during a state of emergency will
depend on the total number of times the Legislative Council is required to
meet during the year. |
