one-time General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $1,304,425 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $1,304,425 in fiscal year
2022-23 to amend its rules governing MaineCare reimbursement in order to
provide cost-based reimbursement to Maine Veterans' Homes nursing facilities
through June 30, 2023. |
