This bill
includes a General Fund appropriation of $200,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 to
the Administration - Economic and Community Development program within the
Department of Economic and Community Development for the first year of a
2-year pilot project to conduct outreach and to provide support services for
active duty military members who are transitioning to civilian life in the
State and their families. |

Additional costs
to the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management associated
with consulting on the pilot project and reporting the results can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
