This amendment
includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds, Federal Expenditures Fund and
Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP base allocations of $500 per year beginning
in fiscal year 2021-22 to the newly established Maine Rental Assistance and
Guarantee Program Fund within the Maine State Housing Authority to authorize
expenditures of any revenue received from federal or private sources. |

As amended, this
bill still includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $9,000,000 per
year beginning in fiscal year 2021-22.
The new $500 allocations described above will be used for the same
purposes as the $9,000,000. |
