Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment replaces the bill's ongoing transfer of $550,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Agricultural Development Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account with a one-time transfer of $467,240 in fiscal year 2022-23. The amendment also changes the bill's ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $550,000 for that account to a one-time allocation of $467,240 in fiscal year 2022-23.  The bill's one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $150,000 in fiscal year 2022-23 to be funded by FAME transfers of the balance of interest in the Agricultural Marketing Loan Fund is unchanged by this amendment.
