Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment removes General Fund appropriations in fiscal years 2021-22 and 2022-23 of $43,875 and $58,500, respectively, to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).  It also removes Highway Fund allocations in fiscal years 2021-22 and 2022-23 of $103,881 and $46,196, respectively, to the DPS. As amended, the bill still includes General Fund appropriations to the DPS of $136,500 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $22,750 in fiscal year 2022-23.
The amendment also removes General Fund appropriations to the Office of the Attorney General of $81,483 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $84,090 in fiscal year 2022-23.
