2019-20 and $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the Waste Motor Oil Disposal

motor vehicle oil premium reimbursement program and $10,000 for the cost of
administering the fund in 2020. The amount available to transfer is estimated
  to be $3,466,094. |
