Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $12,600 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the School and Student Supports program within the Department of Education for the costs associated with the department convening a working group on safe and inclusive learning environments.  The department estimates that the working group will have 21 members and that it will cost an average of $200 per working group member to attend approximately 3 meetings of the working group.  These costs include travel reimbursement, catering, space rental and reimbursement to school administrative units for the cost of substitute teachers for those working group members who are educators.
