Changes made to
certain provisions of law governing the Educators for Maine Program
administered by the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) in this legislation may
increase the number of loans or the amount of loans granted under the
program. The impact can not be
determined at this time. However, FAME
has indicated that the funding available for the program is sufficient to
cover any increase in costs and no additional funding is required. |
