|
This bill
authorizes the licensure and operation of sample collectors to collect
samples of marijuana and marijuana products for testing by marijuana testing
facilities. Any additional costs to the Office of Marijuana Policy within the
Department of Administrative and Financial Services as a result of these
provisions are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. No estimate is made at this time of the number of new
licenses that will be issued, but the impact on General Fund revenues is not
anticipated to be significant. |
