Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,585,983 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $5,159,028 in fiscal year 2020-21 due to adjustment of the eligibility requirements in the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Federal Expenditures Fund allocations and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
