Any additional
costs to the Department of Environmental Protection as a result of new
regulations regarding retail establishments use of single-use carry-out bags
made of plastic and fees charged by retail establishments for the use of
recycled paper and reusable plastic bags are anticipated to be minor and can
be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
