This bill directs
the Department of Education to utilize funds within its Departmental
Services, Other Special Revenue Funds account for the programming costs and
contracted staff necessary to implement the required changes to Chapter 115,
The Credentialing of Education Personnel. The bill includes a one-time Other
Special Revenue Funds allocation of $93,125 in fiscal year 2019-20 for that
purpose. |
