Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes net General Fund deappropriations of $2,271in fiscal year 2019-20 and net General Fund appropriations totaling $15,624 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the Maine State Library.
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations of $59,749 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $80,393 in fiscal year 2020-21 for 75% of the cost to establish one Librarian Specialized Services position within the Maine State Library.  It also includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations of $26,117 and $32,994 in fiscal years 2019-20 and 2020-21, respectively, to fund the remaining cost of the position.  General Fund deappropriations of $62,020 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $64,769 in fiscal year 2020-21 are included due to the elimination of one Librarian Generalist position.
