Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of  $73,041 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $33,056 in fiscal year 2020-21 to reimburse adult family care homes for up to 30 bed-hold days per calendar year in the same manner as residential care facilities are reimbursed and for required technology updates. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be included for the FMAP match.
