|
The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of
$227,546 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $375,843 in fiscal year 2020-21 to
provide coverage to MaineCare members for legal abortion services and for
oversight, development and testing of technology changes. Federal
Expenditures Fund allocations will not be required, as these services are not
eligible for federal match.
The state employee health plan and the Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation do not anticipate any additional costs as a result of
this bill. |
