Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment adds a one-time General Fund appropriation of $500,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 to school administrative units that start or expand alternative breakfast delivery services that provide breakfast after the start of the school day.
It reduces the General Fund appropriations by $66,000 per year from $216,000 to $150,000 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to the Department of Education for the cost to develop and implement the Internet-based application.
This amendment also adds one-time transfers of $650,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $150,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund from the Medical Use of Marijuana Fund.
