Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,304,390 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,304,425 in fiscal year 2020-21 for increased claims costs and technology updates and testing required in the Maine Integrated Health Management System to allow cost-based reimbursement to Maine Veterans' Homes nursing facilities. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations is also included for the FMAP match.
