Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill establishes the Small Communities Tourism Fund within the Department of Economic and Community Development, Office of Tourism to provide grants to small communities to promote tourism and events from funds received from appropriations, allocations and contributions from private and public sources.  The Small Communities Tourism Fund will require Other Special Revenue Funds base allocations of $500 per year beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to allow expenditure of any funds received other than General Fund appropriations.
	Additional costs to the Office of Tourism associated with the rulemaking process can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
