	The bill requires the Secretary of State to issue, on request, acquired brain injury identification cards. The cost is expected to be $5,936 in fiscal year 2019-20 to the Department of Secretary of State for materials and equipment to produce the cards. No allocation to the Highway Fund is provided in the bill.
