An Act To Prohibit the Sale of Drug Paraphernalia That Encourage Drug Use by Young People
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §1111-A, sub-§1, ¶J, as amended by PL 1981, c. 531, §2, is further amended to read:
J. Containers and other objects , including but not limited to so-called stash cans, used or intended for use in storing or concealing scheduled drugs; and

This bill amends the laws governing drug paraphernalia to specifically include so-called stash cans as drug paraphernalia, the sale or advertising of which is prohibited.
