Joint Order, Requiring the Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee To Report Out a Bill To Study the Establishment of a Consumer-owned Electric Utility

ORDERED, the Senate concurring, that the Joint Standing Committee on Energy, Utilities and Technology shall report out, to the House, a bill to establish a task force to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of establishing a consumer-owned electric utility for the State.
