An Act To Require the Department of Transportation To Place Official Business Directional Signs at Certain Intersections

Sec. 1. Official business directional signs authorized. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 23, section 1911, subsection 2, the Department of Transportation shall place one additional official business directional sign at the intersection of West Main Street and Water Street, one sign at the intersection of Route 1, Route 172 and West Main Street and one sign at the intersection of Oak Street, Main Street and High Street in the City of Ellsworth directing persons to a retail establishment engaged in the business of selling ice cream in the Town of Surry.

SUMMARY

This bill directs the Department of Transportation to place 3 official business directional signs directing persons to a retail establishment engaged in the business of selling ice cream in the Town of Surry.
