An Act To Provide a Sales Tax Exemption for Baling Twine, Net and Wrapping for Hay
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§78, as repealed and replaced by PL 1997, c. 725, §1, is amended to read:
78. Farm animal bedding, hay and baling supplies. Sales of organic bedding materials for farm animals and , hay and baling twine, net and wrapping for hay.
Sec. 2. Effective date. This Act takes effect October 1, 2019.
