Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	Establishes new Class B and Class C crimes; increases correctional and judicial costs. Increases the number of civil suits; the collection of additional filing fees may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.  Establishes new civil violations; the collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.

	Additional costs to the Department of Labor to provide signs to the Department of Transportation, the Maine Turnpike Authority and certain businesses and employers can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
