This amendment reduces the one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services by $1,042,048 in fiscal year 2018-19 by reducing to 25 the number of opioid users in the pilot project to provide rapid access to low-barrier treatment for substance use disorders and stable housing to support recovery and create stability for those among the most vulnerable and unstable in the State.
