Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a one-time allocation to the Bureau of Emergency Services Communication within the Public Utilities Commission of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2018-19 for grants to encourage the consolidation of dispatch centers. It authorizes the use of up to $1,000,000 from the funds collected from the statewide E-9-1-1 surcharge to provide funds to cover the allocation.
