Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Eliminating the requirement that a front license plate must be displayed on a motor vehicle will reduce production costs to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.  It would result in savings to the Highway Fund of $157,809 beginning in fiscal year 2017-18 and Other Special Revenue Funds savings of $52,603 beginning in fiscal year 2017-18.
