Legislative Cost/Study
	This amendment adds ongoing annual General Fund appropriations of $2,500 beginning in fiscal year 2017-18 for the cost of Legislators participating on the Maine Educational and Attainment Research Navigation System Executive Council.  The fiscal note also reflects the incremental cost in fiscal year 2017-18 only of delaying by one year the annual savings of $2,500 created by the bill's elimination of the State Education and Employment Outcomes Task Force.

	Additonal costs to the Department of Labor associated with the rulemaking process can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
