increase General Fund revenue to the commission. No estimate can be made of
the amount of penalties that may be assessed. Any additional costs to the
Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices from changes to the
laws governing campaign financing and reporting to include specific actions
by political action committees are anticipated to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
