  The Learning
  Systems program within the Department of Education will require one-time
  General Fund appropriations of $312,471 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $181,779
  in fiscal year 2018-19 for one limited-period Education Specialist III
  position and one part-time limited-period Office Associate II position and
  related All Other costs including funding for 4 contracted part-time
  consultants as well as technology, training, travel and meeting costs.  This fiscal note assumes that the
  limited-period positions will begin October 1, 2017 and will end in December
