  includes ongoing General Fund appropriations totaling $100,000 per year
  beginning in fiscal year 2017-18 to support the Job Creation Through
  Educational Opportunity Program.  Of
  this amount, $70,000 per year is provided for one customer service position
  to assist individuals, businesses and schools interested in the program.  The remaining $30,000 per year is for
  increasing the funding for marketing of the program from $20,000 per year to
  $50,000 per year. |
