|
This bill
requires the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (IFW) to issue a
permit to take a deer or moose to a person found not to have violated hunting
laws when a deer or moose taken by the person and seized by IFW was disposed
of before adjudication was completed. Any additional costs to IFW as a result
of the requirement are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. |
