This amendment
removes the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $2,965,050 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $2,965,882 in fiscal year
2018-19, reduces some of the eligibility criteria in the bill related to
Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 17, Allowances
for Community Support Services and requires DHHS to fund the bill's remaining
added services within existing budgeted resources. Federal Expenditures Fund
allocations are also removed. |
