The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$2,965,050 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $2,965,882 in fiscal year 2018-19 to
restore eligibility criteria in Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual,
Chapter III, Section 17, Allowances for Community Support Services to the
level in effect on February 1, 2016. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations
are also included for the FMAP match. |
