This amendment
eliminates the General Fund appropriation of $15,000 in fiscal year 2017-18
and $20,000 in fiscal year 2018-19 for the Maine Commission on Indigent Legal
Services. The commission will monitor
the additional costs of assigned counsel related to the changes in the bill
in order to self-fund any additional costs. |
