This bill includes
General Fund appropriations of $15,000 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $20,000 in
fiscal year 2018-19 for the Maine Commission on Indigent Legal Services to
support an anticipated increase in the use of assigned counsel. Additional
judicial and corrections costs are not included in the appropriated amounts
above and cannot be estimated at this time. |
