Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require a reduction to General Fund appropriations of $2,226,612 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $2,968,817 in fiscal year 2018-19 from eliminating state-funded cash benefits, state-funded Temporary Assistance for Needy Families benefits, and state-funded Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits to noncitizens who do not meet federal eligibility requirements.
